peppermint shrimp

I have six peppermint shrimp and i was wondering how big do they have to be before they start to reproduce? they are all around an ich to an ich and a half.

my shrimp are that size, maybe just a little bigger and they reproduce quite often, all to the joy of the gourmet tank inhabitants.
