Peppermint shrimp turned blue

We just picked up 2 peppermint shrimp from the lfs and they were both red when they went into the container after a few minutes or so one of them turned blue. The lfs had no idea why. Its been about 2hrs now and he is still lively just not red! Anyone know whats going on??

It is slowly turning red again it seems....... Has anyone ever heard of this?

I haven't. Must have something to do with stress.

Thats what we though but it just molted!!!!

how blue?? mine when pinkish clear when i bought it now its red

I had one of mine turn almost black a few weeks before molting, it was crazy.
