Percula clown and hawaiian damsel

My Hawaiian damsel had a small rip in his fin on the bottom. I have noticed my percala clown following the damsel and making what looks like an attempt at biting him.

What size tank?
Was the clown in first?
Clowns are damsels ,,so its just as aggressive ,,if not more.
