Percula mate?

Since most true Percula's are found as a pair, is it likely that I could introduce a new one (considering the fact that I'd need to find out whether mine is male or female) to him/her, and they could become a pair? Or is this just not possible? And, how do you tell the sex? Thanks,

If your perc has been in the tank awhile and grown to sexual maturity, it is a female. It should be possible to add another to form a mated pair, you simply need to pick a small perc that is in a group of percs, do not pick the largest or even the next largest, just get one of the smaller ones. Make sure you qt your new purchase before adding it to your tank

Yea, this is because the clownfish change sexes-the bigger one is always female.
