I had one years ago, I wasn't impressed with it, personally I would save up and get a pinpoint ph monitor or a similar brand.

About 10-15yrs ago in 5th grade science class.. lol I think I might have used it back then with FW tanks but I dont remember what exactly I used... Bad memory due to teenage years..

FWIW I wouldnt use them now.. I like the "New Age" Stuff ... Electronics lol Pretty soon I can have everything monitored 24/7 and ran wireless straight to my pc where it will correct ANY and ALL issues.. Now thats the life lol

if i was good with electronics id just make a multi testing device. Put a probe in the water and switch between ph/alk/ca/sg/temp modes. Or just have a display on the tank 24/7 that cycles thru the modes to show you. That would be pimpy
