Phosphate in reef tank

Just bought a salifert phosphate test kit . My phosphate is at 0.1 , is that bad ?

It depends really on the type of tank... are you keeping SPS, or softies, or what? One thing to keep in mind is the resolution and the scale on the salifert is tough to read, so I wouldn't put a ton of stock into it... but ideally you want to read as close to 0 PO4 as possible in most reef systems.
