Pinched mantle?

Does this look like pinched mantle? My cleaner shrimp keeps "cleaning" the area that appears pinched, causing the clam to close up. I've had this clam for about 8 months without issue. I recently added a couple of fish, about a day or two before this problem began to appear.

If this is pinched mantle disease, should I do a freshwater dip?

Looks fine, but if you wanted to be safe you could still do the dip. A freshwater dip isn't too bad on a healthy clam and you'll see them back to normal pretty quickly.

I'll just keep an eye on it for now, and if anything suspicious happens I'll do the dip.
