Pink algae on rock

I recently have started to get a lot of pink hair type algae all over my rocks, what kind of algae is this and how can I get rid of it. Nitrates are at 0 and I am trying to lower my phosphates, they are around .25

It is really fuzzy though, can cyano be fuzzy like that?

Here is the pic of the algae, it is the best ones I could get. It is a fuzzy pink algae.

I have some of that in my tank. However, I don't know what it is. I have something that looks really similar, but black, as well.

my cyno looked like similar to that except it had a more maroon tint to it. i did a coupld weekly water changes and it went away. sorry i couldn't be of more help but maybe try to syphon it off of the rock and do a quick water change. then go from there.
