Pink tip anemone

Pink tip anemone has dropped a little piece of the tentacle. Can I grow a new anemone out of it, and how can I attach to a rock? Thanks

To grow a new anemone, it would have to divide through the mouth. Just a tentacle will not develop into a new nem.
