Pinkbar Goby Question

I introduced a 3" pinkbar goby into my main 2 weeks ago and have not seen him since. I know he hid constantly during his 4 weeks in QT, but I figured I would at least see him during feedings. I have been monitoring the water parameters with no changes. I doubt I would notice anything with my water regardless. Does anyone have one? Do they stay gone like this?

You have a huge tank. I know my randall goby hangsout in the rockwork and I have watched him eat amphipods off the LR. He could be doing just fine eating food off the LR or bits of food that float between rocks. More than likely he just got lost in your huge tank. Or a Mantis could have picked him off.
