Plate/Disk Coral

I'm not sure if I have the proper lighting for a plate coral or not....I've got about 3.5 wpg. Do you think I could pull this off or not? I'm trying to find some different corals for my tank.

If you're talking Fungia (short tentacled) or Heliofungia (long tentacled) then you should be OK. [Some folks have different definitions of "plate corals", that's why I qualified my answer!]

Oh... and be sure to keep them on a sandy bottom. They'll wander.
