Please let me know if this lighting system is good

I have a 40 gallon saltwater with 15lbs liverock 5 damsels and 6 turbo snails. My cycle just completed and all my ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are good. I want to buy this light fixture to get the actinic blue and really get my coral and liverock growing. Is this a good light setup.

I would also suggest looking at the Orbit fixtures.
