How do i get pods in my tank? I know they come from the live rocks and from plants like the cheato. But say if all the pods died off how can i create more pods? Or do they just reproduce off bacteria on the rocks and plants?

You may need to recharge you system. What animals do you have?? Many of them eat pods.

I got a 8 line wrasse and 2 damsels. How do i recharge my system?
