Pods?

We have these strange things in our sump/fuge they are everywhere in there, fortunately none in the main tank. I tried to get the best pic I could, they remind me of that movie invasion of the body snatchers. They are attached to the walls and kind of have like an antenne on them but yet they don't move. I hope the pics are good enough I couldn't get any closer with the camera I have.

They are q-tip sponges (Scypha ciliata).

Wow cool thanks Kevin! Was scared it was something I was going to have to worry about. Boy they sure are weird looking. One other question, we seem to be getting sponges quickly in this tank, is this a good sign or bad?
