Polyp Problem

My button polyps spread but don't get bigger what is the reason for this.

Polyps don't get bigger... they stay the same and spread... they are zoanthids.
Sometimes life is best left to it's own devices.
If your not happy at what you're looking at, you're looking at it the wrong way.
