What is the best way of moving these off one rock to another before they overtake my other coral?

Tear them off. Reattaching never worked as well for me. The only two things I managed were letting them sit in low flow on whatever you want them to attach to or put a frag tile next to them which they will attach to and then you can just move the tile where you want it.

Tearing them off wont hurt them? I knew they grew fast but I had no Idea how fast until I got a coral with like 2 stalks on the rock about a month ago

They may not be full for a couple days, but I don't remember any of mine dying from that.

K have you ever tried putting a piece of mesh over the frag or rock that you moved them to?
