Popeye Catalufa Soldierfish

Hey,
liveaquaria has these guys listed as difficult. I am really interested in them, but definitely don't want to get in over my head especially with a $100+ fish. I know they're nocturnal, but that's fine. My tank is in my bedroom and I watch it as I go to sleep.
Anyway,
Why are they listed as difficult?
Does anyone have experience with them?
Are they hard to get to eat?

Back when I had my 200 I had 3 of these little guys. They were overall a good fish always attracted a lot attention when anyone saw it. But starting to get them to eat were darn near impossible! I finally got then started but I had to buy at least 10 different types of food.

Mix of everything really. But what they liked the most was large mysis shrimp dipped in garlic.
