powdery algae on my glass

Getting a fine brownish algae on my glass. Have to clean it off at least once a day. In fact, I cleaned it today when I got home from work and a few hours later it was back. My tank has only been running for about 3 months. Anything I can do ???

Could still be diatoms, they should clear up soon.
