Power Heads?

okay i have 2 power heads i got today i haev them on full without any timers? is that okay? or what?

what kinda lighting do u have how muhc it cost u? what kind skimmer u have?

MH light 175watt 10000k x2 i paid around 600.00
and i got an ASF 150 skimmer

Most people dont put their powerheads on timers and if they do it would be a kind of powerstip that randomly turns on/off the outlets to simulate waves.

If you decide to look into getting a timer, check eBay.
