Do you think a 950 gph powerhead would be good enough for a 45 gallon tank? or should i get that and something else their are corals in the tank

That should be fine. But as a end result you will want to get something with alternating flow

ok do you think this is to much flow for my size tank? you can see the fish are deff swimming into and with the current but idk if they would be considered struggling theirs no sand blowing or anything

I believe that when I had my 40 gallon my power head was 750 gph. As long as there is movement and your corals are swaying you r good. I'm currently have 3 power heads on timers to alternate flow, and I'm goin to get a scwd device for my return flow from my sump
