powerhead too strong?

I have a 1150gph koralia evolution powerhead in my 60 gallon aquarium. I had never had one before and it seems strong too me my blue mushrooms seem uncomfortable.

Try aiming it toward the surface your mushroom will release and float till it finds a spot it likes Your on the low-mid flow range of things i have around 10k gph in my 180

Rule of thumb is 10-50x volume of tank I have a lot of SPS and they like a lot of flow You can block some of the flow on your shrooms by placing a rock in line with the flow to act as a wind break
