Powerheads

I have a marineland penguin 350 and a marineland penguin 150 in my 30 gallon do i need a power head as well? I bought a zoomed one that was only 160gph and it kind of sucked. Any suggestion of how much Gph or if i even need one?

I've never even heard of a zoomed powerhead.

I have Xenia coral, zoas, mushroom and yellow star polyps.Gs puffer, damsel. I just wasn't sure if I needed a powerhead or if the filters are enough. I have the zoomed one in and i dose something I guess.

I guess I just thought it was cool because the head rotates back and forth. Its ok I guess.

Sounds like you ought to be fine. None of those coral need tons of flow.
