Powerheads on or off for feeding?

Do you turn your turn your powerheads off when feeding?

Nope. It helps blow the food into the corals and anemones.

I have heard that its best to turn them off so when you target feed, they have alot better chance of absorbing and capturing the food and supplements. JMHO

i leave mine on...to much hassle to turn off......plus its fun to watch that *edit* dreadfull mantis i have try and grab food as it passes by.

IMO It all depends on how your feeding. when I target feed my powerheads are off. When I feed the whole tank i leave everything on and let my powerheads distribute everything.
