Pregnant seahorse?

Alright I have a seahorse that appears to be pregnant. It's pouch has started to expand a bit. The only thing is, it hasn't been around another seahorse for at least 2 months. Is this possible ?

It probably has gas or air trap inside there. When I had dwarfs seahorse it didn't take two weeks to show, unless they are different.
