I currently have a seaclone 100 on my 30 gallon, and it works great for that size tank. I just bought a 55 Gallon last weekend, and was wondering what kind of skimmer should I buy. I doubt a seaclone would be effective on this tank so I want to go with something else. Does anyone recommend any that are relatively cheap? that would work effectively for a 55 Gallon, I was thinking about going with a remora (20-75 gallon) from Aqua-C, anyone have any experience with these, thanks

Remora's are a great choice..Unless your going sump..Than EVO is the way to go..

I would think the SeaClone would work fine on this tank. I know there are mixed reviews on them here, but I had one and it worked great. I would give it a try before I dropped the cash on a new one. Might be able to get some LR or a couple of fish instead.
