puffer in powerhead

I received a porcupine puffer "Peanut" for a father's day gift.
I know he will outgrow my tank at some time, but that's not the point of the question so don't go there.
He got stuck in a power head and was there for a minute or two. He was stuck right around the eye area. The eye is now a little cloudy.

Is this something I should worry about or will it go away in a few days???
If not what should I do with him? I would hate to losse him as he is already my favorite. That fat smiling face he has it tooooooooo cute!!!

Off the ph subject, my son was helping me feed yesterday and was holding the shrimp in front of the tank next to the glass. It was soooo hilarious watching Peanut giong after the shrimp outside the glass. His little mouth giong ninety to nothing wnting to eat the shrimp. LMAO

I would say keep an eye on him (no pun intended) just in case for any infections that might surface.

Thanks for the advice. The eye has gotten better and the swelling and the cloudiness has gone away with the use of the epsom salt. I appreciate your help and concern
