If your tank is less than 6 months old, I wouldn't advise to get it even I'd your phosphates and feeding is on check and okay. It's good to get an established system before getting a creature that relies on that system for food and not light. There will be more opportunities. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the input, my tank is a little over a year old.. I really knew I should have added the phycopure, obviously since its not required and usually creates problems like hank said, but I wanted to try it.. A lesson bought is a lesson learned as my dad would say. Parameters are in check, however i do need to pick up a new phos kit.. I have a red cap monti exploding with growth and added a birdsnest last week and is doing great, so I figure phos can't be to bad. Everything else in my tank is pretty simple stuff and doing great.

Oh okay. Didn't know how old, but seems nice and established. There's not much of a problem it seems except if overfed.

Anything else I could say would be have moderate flow and make sure there's no corals around it or that would fall because it won't likely survive. Also, I don't know if it's for just the one I had, but when I got mine they told me not to handle it because it can give a rash and be uncomfortable.

That rash can come from any anemone when they sting.
