Well directly no.. However, any time you add a chemical to the tank that has the potential to alter the water chemistry, it can cause stress to the fish.
 
No it won't but IMO its not worth. Also be careful what ya wish for. That stuff can overrun your tank and you'll be scraping for weeks. I have to clean my glass everyday. I used 2 bottles with no ill effects.

my kh is reading 80 ppm is that normal?
 
once again??????? this is the first time im asking
 
im just asking random questions.... i have alot of them. i have been having my fish tank now for 7 or 8 months i was told only to check nitrite, nitate and ph by my stick test has kh on it also so i want to know about it. it is reading 80 ppm is that a good number? i only have cheap damsels and one coral beauty so for im still scared to add any expensive fish but i think its time
