I have just taken 4 gallon out of my 29 gal tank and put 2 gallon of RO back in by accident
Will this be ok do you think?
As I can't get any salt water till tomorrow

What size tank? You should be fine though...Lower salinity should not do damage. Some places say you can treat fish with Hyposalinity straight from regular salinity. It is the going up in salinity that can cause problems.

Like Todd said going down in salinity will not bother the fish one bit as I have taken many fish right into hyposalinity treatment. Just be sure when you go up that you do not raise it more than .001-.002 per day. Too fast will actually dehydrate your fish .
