Qt deaths

Wow, that sounds great. I may try them in the future - definitely looking for good sources after my experiences with some other places. The LFS here is super pricey and kind of shady. Has anyone used bluezooaquatics? LA is out of stock on Kole tangs.

And I suppose all I can do at this point is do a thorough water change before using the qt again in case whatever killed the fish, be it disease or toxin or whatever, is lingering. I may add a small powerhead too, if anyone thinks it could possibly have been a gas exchange problem.

I would say to just start over. Break it down. Clean it well including sponge for filter. Recycle the filter pad for a couple of weeks and try again. I'm at a loss. Sorry.
