What would be the recommendation on power % for growing SPS and keeping clams on the sand?

I also will be keeping some LPS like hammers, tourches, frogspawn, and acans.

Mine are set at 75%. SPS and LPS are growing fine. Clams are fine on the sand. I may bring them up another 10% to keep my acro frags on the bottom/ near the sand bed.

Okay thanks.. I moved from 4bulb t5 so I am currently ramping them up to 40% over 3 weeks from about 20%. After that is all done and I now know I won't bleach my corals I will try to get them around 70% in time.
