radium bulbs

i've got a 150 reef thats been running under 3 250watt aqualine bulbs. they arent too old, but they give an ugly green cast to the tank. i couldnt stand it, so i looked into upgrading my ballast to an hqi ballast. for an extra $30, i went from 250 to 400 watts. i was told that the most beautiful bulb on the market was a 20,000K radium bulb. is this true? am i making a mistake?

i heard that the radium bulbs looked really good...don't look staright at them though, you'll see spots for days

I believe the radiums are in the MH>20K album
