Hey guys this is my first post, as I am brand new to the site. I'm looking forward to learning a lot. Anyway, I recently bought a rainford goby two days ago for my 12 g nano cube deluxe. He is my first fish in this tank. Ive got about 20 pounds of lr and and about 15 pounds of ls. The tank is cycled and I tested my water with my API test kit and all of the parameters are where they should be. So my concern is, is that I have seen the little guy just once. Is it normal for these guys to be pretty skiddish and shy? Am I doing something wrong? Im just scared the little guy isn't eating and he's going to starve. Any advice helps. Thanks guys!

It usually takes a new fish 4 to 7 days to start relaxing in a new environment. If everything is OK he shud start eating within a week.
