9.8 dkh alkalinity
440 ppm calcium
tank is 120 gallons and as a buffer I have kent marine pro buffer dkh, kent marine superbuffer dkh, washing soda and most of the time I use baking soda. I would like to raise alk. between 11-12dkh anybody have a good dosing to start with any of these products.

IMHO, I think a ALK reading of ~10DKH is fine for SW tanks. Some people like to bump it up to 11 DKH, but there really hasn't been any evidence to suggest that a high ALK like that helps anything.

If it were me, I would actually let the calcium fall a bit.

However, if you really want to know how to raise the ALK here is the info.

Near the bottom third of the page, Randy describes how to raise ALK using either Baking or Washing soda depending on your tank pH.
