recomended LPS tank flow??

How many cycles per hour would be best for a LPS with fish tank?

Shoot for turning your tank over 15-20 times/hour for a reef. LPS will vary in the amount of flow they like to have directed towards them so research each species individual needs as it pertains to flow.

Ive looked at the requirements for the individuals I am intrested in.. they just say moderate flow... that doesnt really give me a great idea as to how many GPH to direct there way.. :?

What is the underlineing reason for 15-20 cycles per hour? I have a read more then one reason.. Just trying to hear the geneal consisus on the issue.. thanks..
