Red Hair Algae

Hello All,

Alright, I'm having some issues with red hair algae. I'm very confused as to why, because phosphate levels are very low. Any suggestions on something else that may be causing this bloom? Or actions I can take?

Also, what inverts are red hair algae munchers???

Never seen red hair algae???? U sure it's a hair algae?

Red Turf Algae, maybe? I hear Mexican Turbo Snails can take care of it.

Chemi-clean add two days before a big water change. Turn off Protein skimmer and filter. Will not harm invertebrates or fish.
I have used it 4 times in the last 6 years
