Reef janitor crew suggestions?

Hey everyone, As my reef starts to form I realized that I lacked shrimp. I will soon have a bunch of turbo snails in my tank (also some checkerboards), but have nothing else. Since I won't have any fish in my tank (just a reef tank), I wanted to get some really pretty but useful shrimp. I do have a tiger starfish, but only one and he's a small guy. Can anyone point me in the right direction shrimp-wise? Thanks

I have had very good luck with the cleaner shrimps....the fire shrimp and the skunk cleaner in particular. They don't bother anything, they will come out to eat and will even eat out of your hand once they've settled down, and they are very hardy as long as water parameters are kept pretty close.

I would probably hesitate to add a cuke to a tank that wasn't well established due to the fact that they are a bit touchy and can poison the whole tank if they die. I would want to have the tank to the point that water parameters were very steady. They are also very good at getting themselves sucked into powerhead and pump intakes...these should have good screens on them.
