Reef octopus 110 skimmer

How long does it take to break in. And where should the water/bubble level be in cone of skimmer

Took mine about 2 weeks to break in. When I had mine, I ran the bubble line right to the base of the cup.

How well did yours work. I have mine on a 38 gal reef.

Mine worked great on my 75 with a light bio load and it worked great. I ended up upgrading as the tank progressed.
