Online: reefkeeping and advancedaquarist. You get a handful of articles without all the ads.

Coral Magazine gets my vote. It is dedicated to exclusively to reefs and SW.

You won't be disapointed. It is a bit pricey at $37 for six issues (one year subscription) but it contains great info and stunning pics.
