That is somewhat similar to my setup except I don't have the UV. With the fuge the same level as the sump, you might have to watch you water levels. You just need to make sure you water will drain from the fuge like that.

The only thing I see that you want to be careful about is that the hose that pumps into the fuge isn't so far down into the fuge that it will siphon back into the sump if the power goes out

i can lower the ph hose so it is lower in the ref but how should i have the pipe going from sump to fug like the fug higer then the sump so it is on a downward angle ?
