Refugium Questions??

Hi Guys I just started a refugium and was wondering what to put in it? It is under the tank and would feed back in the sump. I was wondering

1. What live animals should I start with? I want some stuff I can feed my fish. May myacin shrimp? or ghost shrimp?

2. Does anyone know where to get a nice starter kit??

I would go with macroalgae to start with. This provides great nutrients naturally for your friends. Ghost shrimp sounds like a good plan as well. I'm not sure about a starter kit though. Someone here may know more about those.
