I have a Blue regal and velvet dottieback in QT from the LFS store and treating the tank for ick. Should I still be feeding the regal seaweed on a clip and if so how often. I know they need a lot all of the time...
Thanks

Also another factor is that Im having issues with Ammonia due to the QT tank having LR in it before I started the copper treatment and now its out...so I have less good bacteria to work with. My ammonia is at .50....0 trites and trates.

You still need to be sure the fish get the proper diet. Just be sure you only place in smaller amounts. Instead of one sheet all at once, cut it in to ¼'s and add that a few times a day. You should also be sure to syphon out any detritus and uneaten foods after each feeding to help with the water quality.

As I said in your other post, depending on your test kit, you could be getting a false reading on the ammonia. Be sure you get the correct kit.

Cheers
Steve
