Removing a BTA

So lil while ago the BTA in our 55 gal split and i put the smaller half in my 14 gal. Now he is getting too big for my tank and since he is a good lookin healthy anemone, I dont want to lose him. Any advice on how to remove him from my tank without causing too much damage or stress? He is pretty anchored down in between a couple of rocks..

I've heard that if you direct a small power head at them that it can cause them to move. I would wait for a second person to verify that though.
