I do already have a RO unit, sorry I didn't clarify that, Only I'm still getting algae everywhere and was wondering if my PO4 was too high.

Go to manufacturer's web sites and look at their posted rejection rate.

If you are running a Reverse Osmosis unit already, you may want to compare the source water with the post R/O water. Take the reading from the R/O, and divide it by the reading for the tap. This will give you the rejection rate. You should be operating with at least 93% rejection. If not, you may need to replace your filters, and possibly the membrane.
