Rodi help

I have a 5 stage rodi plus drinking kit. I had just put it in and all I hear is water draining. water is just pouring out of the waste line. I went by brs video for the hook up. Any advice on what I can do?

Yup.... I have mine on the basement wall in the wash room. I run the waste line into the washing machine to do laundry.
