Just bought and acclimated this guy for 45 minutes, and he's immediately not looking so good, laying almost on his side and breathing very heavy. Think he'll make it or should I pull him out?
Risk of him stressing ich into my tank?

If you have other fish in the tank he may feel threatened. He really should be in a QT for awhile. Mine lays down sideways in the corner right against the glass when I do water changes then right after he's out front and running around like "hey what are you doing in my house?" If he is new he will lay up against the glass like that or he may go hide in one of your rocks until he feels its safe to be out and about. Takes a little bit of time for them to get used to their surroundings.

Snails have been gettin on him but he keeps shaking them off. Getting worried :(
