I just purchased a pair of saddle back clowns -- they are awesome! My question is they seemed to instantly grow "attached" to my frog spawn... Is this bad? Can the Spawn sting or hurt them? Maybe they think it is an anemone???

Clowns will often host with a coral instead of an anenome. Here is mine hosting with a bubble coral and totally ignoring my anenome. Ended up getting rid of the anenome.

That is so cool and good to hear...... they are SOOOoooo cute! lol

well there really isn't anything I can do to prevent that, right???

As Larry said there are sometimes the fish could hurt the coral by being overly aggressive but that can happen with an anenome also. Most times IME they act OK. Larry was just pointing out that it can happen. Take his advice and keep an eye out. If you see the coral stressed out you might need to remove the fish or coral.
