one of my sallys has pink/red spots on the bottom of it's body. could these be eggs? and if so, is there any chance for the babies to survive in my tank?

I don't know about the spots but i had babys in my tank a litle while ago ant every once i a while a see one of those litle friends. Therefore I think they will survive.
