salt water snails

do they breed as much as freshwater because i had a real infestation of freshwater snails in my 55 and dont wanna repeat that with my salt water. thanks

Most sw snails will not easily breed in the home aquarium.

I think I had my Mexican turbo snail reproduce. Bc one day there was only one of him and the next night there were hundreds of what looked like miniature versions of him all over my tank. They eventually slowly disappeared, there are still some in the tank but no where near the numbers there used to be. I left them bc I figured they would help with algae control.
