Saltwater cycle

Started 20 gallon tank with live rock and live sand a month ago .and tank is cycled .but if there's nothing in it can it uncylcle.and do I have to keep on water changes if I don't on adding fish for a few months.i got a fob.and are these mushroom coral

Looks like zoanthids or palythoas

I would feed the tank small amounts while there is no live stock - the beneficial bacteria need to survive. How did you cycle the tank?

Stability that's how. Cycled tank seems fine at moment and thanks
